Terms of Service

FIFTY is run by N50 LLC (შპს N50), identification code 405777841, registered at Chavchavadze Avenue 50, Tbilisi, Georgia, which is also where our venue is. Contact us at invest@fifty.ge.

You must be 18 or older to use our services, register for events, or invest. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and over.

You sign in with your email or with Google or GitHub. Keep access to that email account secure, because anyone who controls it can sign in as you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Signing up on fifty.ge does not make you a shareholder. You become a shareholder only after you sign a shareholder agreement with us and your payment is confirmed. That agreement, not these terms, sets out your rights as a shareholder. If the two ever conflict, the agreement wins.

Investing in a young company is risky. You could lose some or all of the money you invest, you may not receive any return, and you may find it hard to sell your stake. Invest only what you can afford to lose, and get independent advice if you're unsure.

Each event page shows the price, date and any conditions. Ticket payments on events.fifty.ge are processed by Stripe.

We may need to change or cancel an event. If we do, we will tell you as soon as we can, using the contact details you gave us. If we cancel or move an event, you can get a full refund. Otherwise tickets aren't refundable, but you can pass yours to someone else by emailing us before the event.

Prices are shown on our menu in Georgian lari (GEL). When you pay your bill by QR code, Bank of Georgia processes the payment on its own page.

Welcome-drink codes, Cocktail Passport rewards and community cards are personal to you. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money. Codes expire on the date we tell you. We may refuse a code that has been copied, shared or misused.

You agree not to:

• sign up with someone else's details or fake details;
• try to access accounts, data or parts of our systems that aren't meant for you;
• overload, disrupt or scrape our sites, or use automated tools to register or claim rewards;
• use our sites for anything unlawful.

If you break these rules, we may suspend your access or cancel the codes, registrations or rewards involved.

The text, photos, logos and design on our sites and social media accounts belong to FIFTY or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links to them, but please don't copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Our team publishes to FIFTY's YouTube channel with a scheduling tool that uses YouTube API Services. By using that tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains what YouTube data the tool uses.

We work to keep our sites accurate and available, but we can't promise they will always be error-free or online. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen, or that were caused by events outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. If you don't agree with the new terms, you can stop using our services.

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes go to the courts of Tbilisi. If you live in another country as a consumer, you keep any protections your local law gives you. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to solve it.
